The BAS70xx series from Multicomp are surface mount schottky barrier diode in SOT-23 package. These diodes are configured in single, dual common anode, dual common cathode and dual series configuration. For stress protection, diodes are integrated with guard ring. BAS70xx series diodes are used for fast switching applications.
