The LP38693MP-ADJ/NOPB is a 500mA low dropout CMOS Linear Regulator with adjustable output stable and ceramic output capacitor. This regulator provides 2% precision reference voltage, extremely low dropout voltage (250mV at 500mA load current, VOUT = 5V) and excellent AC performance using ultra-low equivalent series resistance (ESR) ceramic output capacitors.
