The ADL5519-EVALZ is an evaluation board for ADL5519 dual demodulating logarithmic amplifier that incorporates two AD8317 log detector/controllers. The ADL5519 can accurately convert an RF input signal into a corresponding decibel scaled output. It provides accurately scaled, independent, logarithmic output voltages for both RF measurement channels. For normal operation ADL5519-EVALZ evaluation board requires a 5V/100mA power supply. The 5V power supply should be connected to the test loops labelled VPOS and GND. The two RF input signals are applied to two SMA connectors labelled INHA and INHB. Temperature compensation and power down are accessed through the SMA connectors labelled ADJA, ADJB and PWDN. The circuit board can also accommodate a 24 pin header through which the power supply, ground, temperature adjust nodes and output signal pins are accessible.
