The MC9S08PA4AVTG is a 8-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced S08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 20MHz. The device incorporates 4kB internal flash, 0.512kB internal RAM, 8-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 14 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one serial communication interface (SCI/UART) module and 16-bit real timer counter (RTC). The device operates from 2.7 to 5.5V.
