The SAF-C505CA-4EM CA is a 8-bit Microcontroller provides full CAN version 2.0B integrated on-chip. The C505CA meets the current requirements for increasingly small controllers with high performance, optimized EMC behaviour and fast communication between decentralized sensors, actuators and the host. The device provides 32kB of OTP, 256byte of RAM, 1kB of XRAM, an asynchronous/synchronous serial interface and highly accurate 10-bit ADC integrated on chip. With an external clock rate of 20MHz, the C505CA has an instruction time of 300ns.
