The MAX4227ESA+ is a 600MHz, low power, current feedback amplifier in 8 pin NSOIC package. This current feedback amplifier combines ultra high-speed performance, low distortion and excellent video specifications with low power operation. This device operates with dual supplies ranging from ±2.85V to ±5.5V and provides a typical output drive current of 80mA. It is compensated for a closed-loop gain of +2(6dB) or more and has a -3dB bandwidth of 600MHz. Typical applications include ADC input buffers, video cameras, video line drivers, video switches, video editors, XDSL drivers, RF receivers and differential line drivers.
