The MAX4695EUB+ is a low voltage dual SPDT analogue switch in 10 pin μMAX package. It operates from single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. The device has break before make switching action with tON = 30ns and tOFF = 18ns at +3V. It has 60 ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 3ohm maximum RON matching and 10 ohm RON flatness when powered from a 2.7V supply. The digital logic inputs are 1.8V logic compatible from 2.7V to 3.3V supply. It is used in relay replacement, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits and PCMCIA cards.
