The MAX6029ESA41+ is an ultra low power precision series voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. The maximum initial accuracy of 0.15% and maximum temperature coefficient of ±30ppm/°C make the device suitable for precision applications. This series mode voltage reference sources up to 4mA and sinks up to 1mA of load current. The Ultra low 8.75μA (maximum) supply current makes this device ideal for battery operated systems. An internal compensation capacitor in this device eliminates the need for an external compensation capacitor and ensures stability with load capacitances up to 10μF.
