MCP79511-I/MS²úÆ·¸ÅÊö

The MCP79511-I/MS is a low-power SPI Real-Time Clock/Calendar (RTCC) uses digital trimming compensation for an accurate clock/calendar, an interrupt output to support alarms and events, a power sense circuit that automatically switches to the backup supply, non-volatile memory for safe data storage and several enhanced features that support system requirements. Along with a 32,768kHz crystal, this RTCC tracks time using several internal registers and then communicates the data over a 5MHz SPI bus that is fast enough to support a programmable millisecond alarm.

  • Crystal oscillator requires external 32768kHz tuning fork crystal and load capacitors
  • 1Hz, 4.096kHz, 8.192kHz, 32.768kHz Clock out function
  • 2 Programmable alarms
  • Programmable open drain output - Alarm or interrupt
  • On-chip digital trimming/calibration - ¡À255PPM range in 1PPM steps
  • Automatic battery switchover with timestamp
  • Dual configurable alarms with a 0.01s count on one alarm
  • Digital trimming range from -255 to + 255ppm in 1ppm steps
  • EEPROM has 8-byte/page with block sector write protection
  • Factory standard MAC address programming or custom ID
