The LPC11A14FBD48/301 is a 32-bit Low-power Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0 core with RISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 50MHz. Analog/mixed-signal subsystems can be configured by software from interconnected digital and analog peripherals. The device incorporates 32kB internal flash, 8kB internal RAM, 4kB EEPROM, four general purpose counters/timers, 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter with sample rates of up to 400ksps, an analog comparator, a temperature sensor, an internal voltage reference and 42 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one USART, one inter-integrated circuit (I2C) and two serial peripheral interface (SPI) modules.
