The 6TPE100MPB is a conductive polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitor features small size and low ESR is realized by face down terminal. A conductive polymer has a temperature characteristics, which is little change against temperature for the ESR and capacitance. The POSCAP utilizes sintered Tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created with Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system.
