The SMS7630-079LF is a surface-mount Schottky Diode for use with microwave mixers and detectors. This includes low barrier diodes and zero-bias detectors that combine Skyworks advanced semiconductor technology. This diode is 100 percent DC tested and deliver tight parameter distribution, which minimizes performance variability. The wiring configuration includes single pair.
