The CD74HC4067E is a CMOS logic high-speed 16-channel Analogue Multiplexer/Demultiplexer which is a digitally controlled analogue switch that utilizes silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL, with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. This analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer control analogue voltages that may vary across the voltage supply range. This bidirectional switch thus allowing any analogue input to be used as an output and vice-versa. The switch has low "on" resistance and low "off" leakages. In addition, this device has an enable control which when high will disable all switches to their "off" state.
Wide analogue input voltage range
Fast switching and propagation speeds
6ns Typical "break-before-make" switching
Balanced propagation delay and transition times
Significant power reduction compared to LSTTL logic ICs
