The AMC7823IRTAT is a complete Analogue Monitoring and Control Circuit includes an 8-channel, 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), eight 12-bit digital- to-analogue converters (DACs), four analogue input out-of-range alarms, six GPIOs to monitor analogue signals and control external devices. It has an internal sensor to monitor chip temperature and a precision current source to drive remote thermistors or RTDs, to monitor remote temperatures.
