The ATSAMD21J18A-AF is a SMART SAMD21 series 32-bit Low-power Microcontroller based on the high-performance ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC processor. It operates at a maximum speed of 48MHz and features 256kB of flash memory and 32kB of SRAM. Peripherals include six serial communication modules (SERCOM) configurable as UART/USART, five 16-bit timers/counters, 32-bit Real-Time Clock and calendar, 24 PWM channels, one 20-channel 12-bit ADC, one 10-bit DAC, Full Speed USB Device and embedded Host and support for up to 256 touch channels. The device operates from 1.62 to 3.63V.
